To consider an appeal from the property owner for the fine issued for illegal pruning of one (1) street tree at 1757 18th Ave.

 

2. Hearing Order 205657

To consider an appeal from the property owner for the fine issued for illegal pruning of one (1) street tree adjacent to 55 Clayton St.

 

3. Hearing Order 205668

To consider revisions to the Public Works Regulations implementing the requirements of San Francisco Public Works Code Article 27 contained in Public Works Order No. 188097

Until further notice, Public Works hearings will be held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.

Persons unable to participate in the videoconference for Hearing Orders 205655 and 205657 may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Bureau of Urban Forestry at 49 South Van Ness Ave. Suite 1000 94103 or urbanforestry@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record. Individuals who wish to speak at the hearing and who want to use materials such as PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to Bureau of Urban Forestry via email at urbanforestry@sfdpw.org by 5 p.m. the day before the hearing. If attendees access the webinar via a computer, they will able to share documents themselves via the “share screen” functionality.

Comments received before or during the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record. Late-filed comments will not be considered.
