Reason(s) for Tree Removal: While tree appears healthy, tree is considered a hazard to public right of way. The tree has an established lean but it is listing into the path of travel and the main trunk lacks the required 8' of clearance over the sidewalk. The tree cannot be pruned to mitigate the lack of clearance. Removal is recommended and site can be replaced in situ.  Replacement will be relocated or  Will be added to deferred replacement report if replacement not planted 120 days.
