Reason(s) for Tree Removal: The tree is in fair condition with weak branch attachments from previous topping cuts. While tree canopy appears vigorous, there is extensive sidewalk damage in both the path of travel and road. The current path of travel is not accessible nor safe for all users. Tree is to be replaced in situ after sidewalk repair.  Replacement will be  added to deferred replacement report if replacement not planted within 120 days.
