Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Tree health is in decline. Structure is poor, significant lean due to previous partial root failure. Tree is stable but roots have damaged adjacent propoerty front entrance walkway. Repairing walkway would require root pruning that has a high liklihood of destabalizing the tree. Location can be replanted and tree will be replaced with a 24" box Olive 'Swan Hill'. Permit application 794890.
Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Tree condition is Very Poor. Severe decline. Evidence of gandorma infection suggestes the root and trunk wood has a high likleihood of becoming structurally comprimised. Location is not replantable as it is too close to existing sewer line. The basin will be shifted following removal, and a replacement tree will be planted in the new shifted basin.
