Project Description
The Brannan Street Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement Project will include sewer main replacement along several blocks of Brannan Street. The sewer work phase will typically take approximately 1-2 months to complete per block however not all blocks will include sewer main replacement work. This project will also include the installation of new curb ramps, replacement of broken concrete street base, fiber conduit work and repaving of the blocks listed below. San Francisco Public Works will manage the project during construction and will work with Trinet Construction Inc., the prime contractor for the project to complete the project on time and on budget. The entire project is estimated to take a year to complete.

Traffic may be temporarily delayed at times as a result of lane closures necessary to perform the work. "No Parking" and "Tow-Away" signs will be posted 72 hours in advance to alert motorists of upcoming parking restrictions.
