Pier 70, Infrastructure deferrals and Design Exceptions to Final Map

Four design exceptions and eight deferrals were submitted to SFPW, SFMTA and SFPUC for review and approval. The exceptions covered but were not limited to utility connections, electrical power, sidewalks, street trees, bike corals, stormwater management and telecommunications clearances in lieu of City standards.  All Exceptions and Deferrals were reviewed and deemed acceptable by each of the affected Departments.
