To consider a request from Essex Property Trust, Inc. to a major (street) encroachment permit for the installation of a raised crosswalk with truncated domes, landscaping, and a bench within the public right of way along Clementina at First Street in conjunction with the development known as Transbay Block 9/500 Folsom Street.
