Reason(s) for Tree Removal: 3625 Balboa Street. Removal Permit, 796369. Staff approved and posted for removal one (1) Cordyline australis, Dracena Palm without replacement in order to meet the requirement for a 4’ ADA accessible path to the shared spaces parklet. Only the smallest tree is to be removed. No in-lieu fee and no replacement. 1 Dracena palm (about 6' high) to be removed. There are two additional Dracena palm plants adjacent to the Parklet space. The largest one is to be preserved.
