Reason(s) for Tree Removal: PG&E would like to remove the tree in order to replace the power pole.  The tree/basin site is replantable. The tree has fair vigor but poor structure ("wrong tree, wrong place"): large stature species planted directly below multiple sets of high voltage power lines, and species large at maturity also conflicts with the street light. The replacement species will be a small stature tree at maturity ("right tree, right place").
