Various Locations Pavement Renovation Project #68

Project Description

San Francisco Public Works is scheduled to complete infrastructure improvements on several blocks throughout the city as part of our Various Locations Pavement Renovation #68 project. This project may include curb ramp installation, concrete street base repairs, grinding (removal of existing asphalt) and repaving.

The work to be done under this contract is located in Districts 1, 5, 7 & 10 of the city. Construction work will take place along Anza St, Lake St, Buchanan St, Juan Bautista, Holloway St, Sargent St, Stonecrest Dr, Winston Dr, Cardenas Ave, Arellano Ave, Crespi Dr, Faxon Ave, Broadmoor Dr, and Jennings St.

Construction will begin at the first location towards the end of the month of November 2024 with completion expected at the last location in April 2025. San Francisco Public Works will manage the project during construction. The work hours may vary by location; however, the typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is allowed but is not anticipated at this time.

• Holloway Avenue (Font Blvd. to Arellano Ave.)
• Arellano Avenue (Holloway Ave. to Serrano Ave.)
• Stonecrest Drive and Junipero Serra Blvd. (North)
• Stonecrest Drive (Broadmoor Dr. to Junipero Serra Blvd.)
• Winston Drive (Winston Dr. to Junipero Serra Blvd.)
• Winston Drive (Lake Merced Blvd. to Buckingham Way)
• Sargent Street (Arch St. to Ramsell St.)
• Sargent Street (Head St. to Bright St.)
• Jennings Street (Evans Ave. to Cargo Way)
• Buchanan Street (Hayes St. to Fell St.)
• Faxon Avenue (Grafton Ave. to Holloway Ave.)
• Anza Street (Beaumont Ave. to Parker Ave.)
• Lake Street (2nd Ave. to Arguello Blvd.)
