Various Locations Pavement Renovation #90 & Sewer Replacement Project

Project Update
Our contractor will begin working on 14th Ave. and 15th Ave. on Monday October 05, 2026. Work on this portion of 14th and 15th avenues will be completed by the end of October barring any rain delays or unforeseens. 


 

Project Description
San Francisco Public Works and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission have partnered to make infrastructure improvements at several locations throughout the city. Public Works will manage the project during construction. We’ve hired A. Ruiz Construction, Inc., to complete the work.
 

The entire project is anticipated to take 16 months to complete. Construction is scheduled to start at the first location in August 2026. You will receive a notice in the mail a few weeks before work is scheduled to start near your home.

Depending on the location, the scope of work can include sewer replacement/rehabilitation, catch-basin and culvert work, curb ramp installation, street base repairs along the roadway, and repaving of the block.
