Project Description

San Francisco Public works has hired Esquivel Grading & Paving, Inc. to carry out pavement renovation and sewage replacement projects throughout the city. This project is part of Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewage Replacement Project #74. Much of this work will involve grinding (removing existing asphalt), concrete base reconstruction, and curb ramp construction, making them ADA compliant.  Sewage work is included in this project. Sewage work will take place on 25th Street for sewage rehabilitation, Holyoke Street, Cuvier Street and Lee Avenue for Sewer Replacement work. 

Project No. 69 will impact Districts 7 and 8. Construction will take place along these roadways: Grattan Street, Shrader Street, 17^th Street, Cole Street, Roosevelt Way, Clarendon Avenue, Twin Peaks Boulevard, Burnett Avenue, Laguna Honda Boulevard, Vasquez Avenue, Miraloma Drive.

Construction will begin in 2025, currently this project is in the pre-construction phase. This website will be updated accordingly. Construction hours for No. 69 may vary by location, however, typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is allowed but is not anticipated currently.

• Vasquez Avenue: Laguna Boulevard – Woodside Avenue

• Claremont Boulevard: Portola Drive – Ulloa Street/Rockaway Avenue

• Miraloma Drive: Kensington Way/Portola Drive – Bengal Ally
