Azalina Eusope is a fifth-generation street food vendor with the restaurant, Azalina’s, in the Tenderloin neighborhood as well as a food company.  She is an active participant in improving the neighborhood and is working with the City and community groups to improve the living experience for everyone in the neighborhood. Azalina is a charter member of the Tenderloin Business Coalition and is active in a group working on a community blockchain project to serve businesses and residents.
 
Eusope, originally from Malaysia, moved to San Francisco a decade ago. Cooking for herself, family and friends helped ease her transition the City. This hobby eventually turned into her businesses. She currently resides in the Candlestick part of the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood.
 
Commissioner Eusope was appointed by Mayor London Breed to Commission seat 2. Her term expires July 1, 2026.
