Various Locations Pavement Renovation #90 & Sewer Replacement Project

San Francisco Public Works and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission have partnered to make infrastructure improvements at several locations throughout the city. Public Works will manage the project during construction. We’ve hired A. Ruiz Construction, Inc., to complete the work.

 

The entire project is anticipated to take 16 months to complete. Construction is scheduled to start at the first location in August 2026. You will receive a notice in the mail a few weeks before work is scheduled to start near your home.

Various Locations Pavement Renovation No. 85 and Sewer Replacement

San Francisco Public Works has contracted with Esquivel Grading and Paving, Inc. to improve sewer utilities and renovate the roadway at various locations in San Francisco as part of the Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement Project No. 85 (VL85). We will be performing this work in the Western Addition, Marina, Cow Hollow Laurel Heights, Outer Richmond, Haight Ashbury and Pacific Heights neighborhoods. 

 

24th Street Pavement Renovation and Infrastructure Improvement Project

 

Project Description
San Francisco Public Works and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission partnered to bring safety improvements and infrastructure upgrades to 24th Street in the Noe Valley neighborhood. Our partnership allowed us to consolidate our work and minimize any impacts from construction. The limits of work on 24th Street were from Homestead Street to Guerrero Street. All work on this project has been completed.
