Various Locations Pavement Renovation #90 & Sewer Replacement Project

San Francisco Public Works and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission have partnered to make infrastructure improvements at several locations throughout the city. Public Works will manage the project during construction. We’ve hired A. Ruiz Construction, Inc., to complete the work.

 

The entire project is anticipated to take 16 months to complete. Construction is scheduled to start at the first location in August 2026. You will receive a notice in the mail a few weeks before work is scheduled to start near your home.

 

The locations included under this contract are as follows:

  • Jules Avenue (Ocean Ave. to De Montfort Ave.)
  • Garces Drive (Gonzalez Dr. to Grijalva Dr.)
  • Corbett Avenue (Danvers St. to Mars St.)

  • 23rd Street (Eureka St. to Diamond St.)
  • Westwood Drive (Pizarro Way to Wildwood Way)
  • Plymouth Avenue (Mangels Ave. to Monterey Blvd.)
  • Miramar Avenue (Eastwood Dr. to Ocean Ave.)
  • Marietta Drive (Encline Ct. to Teresita Blvd.)
  • Aerial Way (Funston Ave. to Pacheco St.)
  • Funston Avenue (Cascade Walk to Rockridge Dr.)
  • 14th Avenue (15th Ave. to Noriega St.)
  • 15th Avenue (Aloha Ave. to 14th Ave.)
  • Noriega Street (14th Ave. to Funston Ave.)
  • Noriega Street (14th Av. To 15th Ave.)
  • 7th Avenue (Lawton Street to Laguna Honda Blvd.)

Depending on the location, the scope of work can include sewer replacement/rehabilitation, catch-basin and culvert work, curb ramp installation, street base repairs along the roadway, and repaving of the block.
