Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Increased risk of whole tree failure as evidenced by severe reverse taper at base of stem, likely steming from past trunk gridling and significant root pruning for past sidewalk repair. Multiple codominant stems and branches with included bark similar to past failures. Open wounds with evidence of decay. Location is replantable.

Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Roots are uplifting sidewalk and impeding access to adjacent fire exit to buliding. Significant sidewalk uplift is along primary path to adjacent school from bus stop. Required root pruning will severely impact health of tree. Significant decay in trunk cavity from previous branch failure has an increased risk of trunk failure given species failure profile. Location is replantable.
Posting Period: 06/29/26 - 07/14/26

Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Recent failure has destabilized remaining branches. Tree will be pruned to address immediate hazard, but will be too severe to retain tree. Location is replantable.
