Project Description

San Francisco Public works has hired Esquivel Grading & Paving, Inc. to carry out pavement renovation and sewage replacement projects throughout the city. This project is part of Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewage Replacement Project No. 81. This work will include grinding (removing existing asphalt), concrete base reconstruction, and curb ramp reconstruction to bring them up to ADA compliance. Sewer replacement work is included under this contract. 

Project VL81 will impact Districts 2. 3 and 5. Construction is set to begin in January of 2026. Construction hours may vary by location; however, typical working hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is allowed but is not anticipated currently.
