St. Francis Homes Association: removal and replacement of six (6) Significant trees on private property within St. Francis Wood. This application is submitted by St. Francis Homes Association, which is the HOA that manages the common spaces within St. Francis Wood. The six (6) Significant trees are located within the planting strips between the sidewalks and pulbic street. For jurisdiction purposes, the property line is located at the curb, which means the trees are located within 10' ft. of the public right-of-way (road/street). The trees are in poor condition. A site walk was attended by an Urban Forestry Inspector and the Urban Forester to review the condition of the trees. St. Francis Homes Association will remove and replace the trees.
