To consider a request from Sunnydale Infrastructure, LLC. For a major encroachment permit to construct and maintain encroachments in the public right-of-way, including but not limited to retaining walls, irrigation lines, community gateway and perimeter markers, and vehicular directional signs along with light pole mounted banners, and private storm drains and combined sewer laterals and temporary mains within the Sunnydale Hope Development Area (Tentative Map 9537, Sunnydale Ave., Hahn St., Malosi St., Harmonia St., Sunrise Way, and future Blythdale Ave., Santos St., Brookdale Ave.). Specifically, the permit provides for the detail design for Phase 1a-1 and 1a-2 (Sunnydale Ave., Hahn St., Malosi St., Harmonia St., Sunrise Way). Permit number (22ME-00007).
