Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

To consider the notice of violation #21242. The violation is for no street space permit, Article 15, Section 724(a) at 59 Grand View Ave.

5. Hearing Order 207999                      

To consider the notice of violation #14441. The violation is for no tables & chairs permit, Article 5.2, Section 176.8 and 176.9, obstruction of sidewalk, Police Code 63a, and no diverters, PW Order 162,240 Section III (g) at 1131 Folsom St.
