To consider Approving Certain Exceptions to the Treasure Island / Yerba Buena Island Subdivision Code and the Treasure Island Yerba Buena Island Subdivision Regulations to Authorize Issuance of Notices of Completion and for the Offer of Improvements for Acceptance and Public Dedication Notwithstanding the Deferral of Completion of Certain Improvements within Sub-Phases 1YA and 1YB as permitted by San Francisco Public Works through Street Improvement Permit No. 18IE-0330.
