Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

2. Public Comment

Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.

3. Hearing Order 208620

To consider HOPE SF Potrero Phase 2 Project (Final Map PID 9610), Request For Exceptions to Subdivision Code and Subdivision Regulations for a Phased Notice of Completion and Deferral of certain Improvements to a subsequent Acceptance action.

4. Hearing Order 208546 (Postponed)

This Order supersedes Public Works Order No: 208544. To consider a request from San Francisco Arts Commission for a major encroachment permit to install and maintain ten (10) art sculptures along the furnishing zone of the sidewalk at two locations: seven (7) sculptures at Judah St. and 43rd Ave. intersection and three (3) sculptures at the lower Great Highway and Judah St. intersection.

Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.

For Order No. 208620: Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Shawna Gates at shawna.gates@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.
