2. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.
3. Hearing Order 210315 - This Order supersedes Public Works Order #210177.
To consider the notice of violation #010324-001-001. The violation is for obstruction of the street and sidewalk, Article 15 Section 723 and unpermitted occupancy, Article 15 Section 724.5 at 468 Geary St on the Derby Alley frontage.
Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to the Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping 49 South Van Ness Ave, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attention: Michael Lennon. These comments will be made a part of the official public record and shall be brought to the attention of the Hearing Officer.
