3. Hearing Order 210584
To consider notice of violation #20560. The violation is for excavating without a permit, article 2.4, section 2.4.2(a) at 200 Folsom St.
4. Hearing Order 210623
To consider the Mission Rock Project (3rd Street and Mission Rock Street; Final Map PID 9443), Request to Defer Certain Scopes of Work beyond Notice of Completion, Request Extension of Time to Complete Improvements Under Phase 1 Public Improvement Agreement, and Request Corresponding Exceptions to Subdivision Code, Subdivision Regulations, and Tentative Map Conditions of Approval. Subdivider of the Mission Rock Project (3rd Street and Mission Rock Street; Final Map PID 9443) (“Project”) submitted a request for exceptions to the Subdivision Code, Subdivision Regulations, and Tentative Map Conditions of Approval for the Project, which would allow certain defined scopes of work to be deferred beyond the Final Notice of Completion (NOC) and allow for completed public improvements to be offered for formal acceptance by the Board of Supervisors. Subdivider has also asked for a time extension to complete the improvements.
Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
For Order 210584: Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to the Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping 49 South Van Ness Ave, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attention: Jessica Salamy. These comments will be made a part of the official public record and shall be brought to the attention of the Hearing Officer.
