Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Monterey pine tree infested with pitch canker has large limbs with moderate to high likelihood of failure and home in strike zone. Removal of limbs would result in a 50% canopy loss and accelerate the exiting pitch canker and bark beetle infestation and create a structure where tree has low live crown ratio and increase likelihood of whole tree failure. Location is replantable.
