Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement No. 58

Project Description

San Francisco Public Works has hired Bauman Landscaping Construction Inc. to complete work on the Various Locations Pavement Renovation No. 58 and Sewer Replacement Project. The work scope will focus on infrastructure and safety enhancements across multiple locations in San Francisco. Our collaboration aims to reduce public inconvenience by efficiently coordinating our efforts whenever possible.

Lakeview Stairs Project

The Lakeview Stairs Project is a community driven project that will improve pedestrian safety and accessibility by installing a new stairway that connects Summit Street from Thrift Street to Lakeview Avenue. Improvements may include new steps, landscaping and pedestrian lighting.

Ingleside Police Station Replacement

The Ingleside District Police Station is located at 1 Sgt. John V. Young Lane, within Balboa Park. The station serves an area from Cesar Chavez Street, between Highway 101 and Faxon Avenue, to the San Mateo County line. The facility sits adjacent to Highway 280 and atop a section of the BART tunnel.  
 

The existing station was built in 1910 and is a local historic resource within the Balboa Park Historic District. The station includes a main building and a second building separated by a courtyard. The station’s parking lot surrounds the buildings.
