2. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.

To consider the validity of notices to repair that have been issued to various property owners and utility agencies for the restoration of public right-of-way sidewalks. As part of the City’s Sidewalk Inspection & Repair Program (SIRP), inspectors from San Francisco Public Works - Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping have conducted inspections on blocks in the Inner Richmond District neighborhood bordered by:
Balboa Street and Anza Street on the North;
Arguello Boulevard on the East;
Fulton Street on the South and
Seventh Avenue and Fourth Avenue on the West
Until further notice, Public Works hearings will be held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
As the COVID-19 virus situation evolves, please visit the Public Works website (sfpublicworks.org) regularly to be updated on the current situation as it affects public hearings and the department.
Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to the Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping 49 South Van Ness Ave, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attention: Christina Low. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.
