10-26-2022 Public Works Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will hold a remote public hearing via teleconference to consider the item(s) listed below and that said public hearing will be held as follows:

Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.

3. Hearing Order 207088                 

This order supersedes public works order number 207076. To consider the notice of violation #21152. The violation is for no street space permit, article 15, section 724(a) at 1568 Haight St.

4. Hearing Order 207139                               

To consider the notice of violation #15064. The violation is for no street space permit, article 15, section 724(a) and improper housekeeping, article 15, section 724.4(a) at 3869 20th St.

5. Hearing Order 207216                              

To consider the tentative approval of the following application for Surface-Mounted Facility Site permit:

For Order 207088 & 207139: Persons unable to attend the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to the Bureau of Street-Use & Mapping 49 South Van Ness Ave, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94103, Attention: Jessica Salamy. These comments will be made a part of the official public record and shall be brought to the attention of the Hearing Officer.

Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record.

PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to SMF via email at smf@sfdpw.org by 5 p.m. one business day before the hearing. If attendees access the webinar via a computer, they will be able to share documents themselves via the “share screen” functionality.
