2. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.
3. Hearing Order 208200
To consider a request from the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department for a major encroachment permit to install and maintain the following improvements at Francisco Park located at 2445 Hyde Street (Block 0047, Lot 001): one (1) ADA parking stall and access aisle on Larkin Street frontage to provide parking access for persons with disabilities (29 sqft of encroachment) and one (1) maintenance yard bounded by a retaining wall, fence, and a gate to establish storm drain piping and drainage structures, utility service piping, and to provide a materials storage area serving the park (792 sq ft of encroachment).
4. Hearing Order 208370 (Postponed)
To consider a public hearing for administrative review of notice to repair #1131076 and notice of violation and abatement order #1237513. The notice is regarding an unpermitted fence at the corner of Moraga St. and 8th Ave.
5. Hearing Order 208441 (Cancelled)
To consider the Mission Rock Project (3rd Street and Mission Rock Street; Final Map PID 9443), Request For Exceptions to Subdivision Code, Subdivision Regulations and Tentative Map Conditions of Approval for a Phased Notice of Completion Subdivider of the Mission Rock Project (3rd Street and Mission Rock Street; Final Map PID 9443) (“Project”) submitted a request for exceptions to the Subdivision Code, Subdivision Regulations and Tentative Map Conditions of Approval for the Project. The requested exceptions are intended to enable completion of the project through a phased Notice of Completion (NOC) prior to the completion of a new full, complete and functional public street, and defer certain incomplete work to a future NOC prior to formal acceptance of public improvements by the Board of Supervisors. *Note this Order supersedes Orders 208423, 208440*
Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
