Members of the public may address the hearing officer on matters that are within the department’s jurisdiction but not on today’s agenda.
3. Hearing Order 210282
To consider the removal of one (1) street tree with replacement adjacent to 255 Chattanooga St., by applicant, Permit 795042. Staff approved the removal and the public has protested.
4. Hearing Order 210283
To consider the removal of one (1) street tree without replacement adjacent to 479 Prentiss St., by Public Works. Staff initiated the removal and the public has protested.
5. Hearing Order 210284
To consider the removal of one (1) street tree with replacement adjacent to 551 Alvarado St., by applicant, Permit 794772. Staff approved the removal and the public has protested.
6. Hearing Order 210285
To consider the removal of one (1) street tree with replacement adjacent to 1027 Clayton St. by the property owner (permit no. 794880). Staff approved the removal and the public has protested.
7. Hearing Order 210286
To consider the removal of two (2) street trees with replacement adjacent to 1049 Clayton St. by the property owner (permit no. 795019). Staff approved the removals and the public has protested.
Persons unable to participate in the videoconference may submit written comments regarding the subject matter to Bureau of Urban Forestry at 49 South Van Ness Ave. Suite 1000, San Francisco CA., 94103 or urbanforestry@sfdpw.org. Comments received before the hearing will be brought to the attention of the hearing officer and made a part of the official public record. Individuals who wish to use materials such as PowerPoint files, documents and photo images in their presentations must send the materials to Bureau of Urban Forestry via email at urbanforestry@sfdpw.org by 5 p.m. the day before the hearing. If attendees access the webinar via a computer, they will be able to share documents themselves via the “share screen” functionality.
