Project Update 

Crews are currently repairing concrete street base and preparing to resurface Sanchez Street between 17th and Market streets, by grinding off the aging pavement, then paving each block with a fresh layer of asphalt. 



Project Information 

Work under this contract includes repairing concrete street base and repaving Sanchez Street, 17th Street to Dubose Avenue; Waller Street, Stanyan Street to Buena Vista Avenue; Steiner Street, Dubose Avenue to Waller Street. In addition, many of the intersection curb ramps within the project limits will be upgraded or installed. 



Location 

Sanchez Street, 17th Street to Dubose Avenue; Waller Street, Stanyan Street to Buena Vista Avenue; Steiner Street, Dubose Avenue to Waller Street.



Duration 

Construction is expected to take 150 days to complete.
