Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Removal of two street trees with replacement. Construction of new building, sidewalk/curb, and trenching for utltiies will cause significant damage to the tree. Limited growth of tree due to PG&E guy wire. 475 4th St. (tree 7) trenching will destabilize tree and not survive construction activities. Both trees are replaceable. Permit 794990.
