SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The Department of Public Works (DPW), District 11 Community Members, Supervisor Avalos; the Municipal Transportation Agency, and the SF Public Utilities Commission will celebrate the completion of latest Pavement to Parks project in the City’s Excelsior district with a ribbon cutting.
