Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Removal of one (1) Significant tree on private proeprty with replacement by the property owner. The public right-of-way is 8' ft. wide along this frontage of the proeprty. The primary issue is that one of the main stems of the tree is now against the front roofline of the building due to an increase in the lean of the tree tree or stem. Removal of this large stem would destabilize the remaining sections of the tree. The tree also has had a very large stem faiulre on the side of the tree facing the road. Tree will be replaced with large stature climate adapted species. The tree is located near the S.E. corner of Garces Dr. and Vidal Dr. Permit 798902
