Reason(s) for Tree Removal: Removal of two (2) Myoporum street trees by Public Works. Both trees are in severe decline, heavily impacted by thipps insects and will not recover. Previous failures nearby, trees in same age and condition. One tree can be replanted on site, shifted between the two existing trees. The other replacement tree will need to be relocated elsewhere due to utility vaults. Trees are located at back of sidewalk, but within 15' ft. public right-of-way.
