Reason(s) for Tree Removal: All trees in severe decline with pervasive anthracnose (fungal disease). Decay present in old pruning wounds with overextended limbs and thin crowns. Permit 796510. Four (4) locations are replantable onsite and three (3) are not, due utilities and adjacent stop sign. They will be relcoated or added to deferred replacement report if location not found within 120 days.
