To consider a request from Shawn Spreng with McMillen Jacobs Associates on behalf of the city of Daly City for a major encroachment permit (21ME-00015) for the construction of four 6-foot by 6-foot precast concrete box culvert crossing under John Muir Dr., force main and overflow structure all encroaching along John Muir Dr., fronting the subject property (block 7283, lots 004).

4. Hearing Order 211896

To consider a request from Bridge-Potrero Community Associates, LLC. for a major encroachment permit to construct and maintain encroachments in the public right-of-way, including but not limited to cobblestones and pavers, benches, landscaping, irrigation, tree well pavers, landscape islands, granite blocks, temporary walkways to existing buildings, retaining walls, drainage facilities and community gardens within the Potrero Hope SF development area including parcels A and B as shown on Final Map No. 9610 for Phase 2 of the project and against the parcel adjacent to Phase 1 of the project located at 1101 Connecticut Street (APN 4287-076) and future phases of the development. Permit number (24me-00004).

5. Hearing Order 211900

To consider approval of a major encroachment permit for EQX Jackson SQ Holdco LLC to construct and maintain encroachments in the merchant street public right-of-way, generally including but not limited to decorative roadway and sidewalk paving, tabletop crosswalks, overhead string lighting, various pedestrian- and bike-oriented improvements, other non-standard infrastructure, and new street trees between Sansome Street and Battery Street for the 530 Sansome Street and Fire Station 13 development agreement project to be recorded against the adjacent parcels at 530 Sansome Street (APN 0206-017), 425 Washington Street (APN 0206-014), and 439-445 Washington Street (APN 0206-013), or as may be assigned under the permit. permit number (25ME-00013); recommending waiver of public works code provisions in relation to the major encroachment permit and the project; and recommending Board of Supervisors delegation to the director to accept public improvements in merchant street for city maintenance and liability and an associated waiver of administrative code sections 1.51 et seq.

Public Works hearings are held through videoconferencing and will provide for remote public comment.
