The center is one of many neighborhood health centers iwithin the Department of Public Health .  The single-story 6,250 square foot building was constructed in the 1970’s, and is home to various health services serving the community and  thegeneral public.  Existing spaces include reception areas, medical exam rooms, administrative offices, public restrooms, and other public and staff support spaces.

The 16,247 square foot Ocean Park Health Center is one of 12 public health clinics operated by the Department of Public Health.  The 1970’s building is a two story concrete/steel frame structure situated on a relatively flat site in the Sunset District neighborhood of San Francisco.
 

The Laguna Honda Hospital Replacement Program includes the construction and renovation of three campuses: the South Residence Building, the Link Building, and the East Residence Building. Together, they will accommodate 780 beds and it will be the first green hospital to implement sustainable features in its design, construction, and operations. The goal is to meet a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified rating under the U.S. Green Building Council.
 

The Chinatown Health Center is one of 12 public health clinics operated by the Department of Public Health.  Builti in the 1970’s, the building is a three -tory concrete/steel frame structure built over the Robert C. Levy (Broadway) Tunnel.  It is situated along the Mason Street Cable Car Line in the Nob Hill/Chinatown District of San Francisco and serves the many residents in the neighborhood.
 

The existing building is considered to be a historically significant building with the new tenant improvement areas on the first floor, third floor, fifth floor and sixth floor.  The new San Francisco Office of the AIDS Renovation tenant improvement suite on the first floor will be the main patient area featuring multiple exam rooms, a chart room, a laboratory and staff and office spaces.  The third floor will feature an audio and video conference room, storage room and a break room.  The fifth floor will feature office spaces, a few upgraded exam rooms and a work room. 

The 15,258 square foot Castro Mission Health Center is one of 12 public health clinics operated by the Department of Public Health.  The building is a two-story concrete frame structure built in the 1970’s. It is situated in a primarily residential neighborhood in the Castro District of San Francisco. 
 

We provided project management services during design and construction of the California Academy of Sciences project, which opened to the public in September 2008. The Academy contains a natural history museum, the Steinhart Aquarium, and the Morrison Planetarium. In addition, it houses an impressive collection of 18 million research specimens, which date back to Charles Darwin. The Academy is the largest public LEED platinum building in the world.

Originally constructed for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is one of the monumental buildings surrounding Civic Center Plaza. The building was identified as a seismic risk and was included as part of the voter approved 1990 Earthquake Safety Program Phase 2 (ESP2) to be seismically upgraded.
 

Project Information

Primary purpose under Contract #1639J consists of resurfacing the entire stretch of both Woodside Avenue and O'Shaughnessy Boulevard with asphalt pavement; moreover, the project includes repair of damaged concrete base; installation of new concrete curb ramps, bulbouts, widened sidewalks and traffic medians.
