Joice Alley Lighting Improvement Project
The Joice Alley Light Improvement Project installed new pedestrian-scale street lights and all electrical conduit, electrical services, sidewalk restoration while maintaining historic alphabet concrete tablets and minor roadway restoration required on Joice Alley, between Clay St and Sacramento St in Chinatown. This is a high traffic alleyway and an important pedestrian path for the young and old in the San Francisco's Chinatown neighborhood.
Buchanan Mall Bulbouts
The Buchanan Mall runs between Grove and Eddy Streets and consists of five blocks of green space, three playgrounds, a basketball court, and pedestrian paths.

Project Status
The Minna–Natoma Streetscape Project has completed a comprehensive redesign and is scheduled to resume active construction on April 3, 2026.
Construction activities will restart on Natoma Street at New Montgomery Street, beginning with sewer system improvements.
