Project Update (Week of 6/5):
Our contractor has been busy stamping the asphalt at the Page/Buchanan intersections. The stamping work is scheduled to conclude mid-week.
 
In the coming days, our contractor is scheduled to begin addressing any identified punch list items. 
 
Project Description

Fulton Street and Grove Street Sewer Replacement and Pavement Renovation Project

This project is almost complete. We're currently working with the contractor to address any punch list items. 

Project Description
San Francisco Public Works has partnered with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency to complete infrastructure and safety improvements along Fulton Street and Grove Street. Our partnership allows us to minimize impacts to the public by consolidating our work whenever possible.

Various Locations No. 49 Pavement Renovation

San Francisco Public Works has contracted with R&S Construction Management, Inc. for work that consists of constructing bus pads, concrete paving, curb and gutter, curb ramps and
final  roadway paving  at various neighborhood locations.  Work will be performed as part of the Various Locations No. 49, Pavement Renovations Project.

Various Locations No. 47 - Pavement Renovations

San Francisco Public Works has contracted with Esquivel Grading & Paving, Inc. to renovate the roadway at various locations in neighborhoods as part of the Various Locations No. 47, Pavement Renovations Project. The scope of work will include sidewalk, curb ramp construction, concrete road base repair and final roadway paving.  The work under this contract will occur between November 2021 and June 2022.

Various Locations #31 Project

Project Update 
The contractor is scheduled to begin "final paving" on blocks where the curb ramp work and street base repairs are complete. The grinding (remove existing asphalt) and paving phase is as follows: 
 
Monday November 08, 2021 - Grind (remove existing asphalt from roadway)
27th Avenue (California Street to El Camino Del Mar)
27th Avenue (El Camino Del Mar to Automobile Drive) 
Lake Street (27th Avenue to 28th Avenue) 

Joice Alley Lighting Improvement Project

The Joice Alley Light Improvement Project installed new pedestrian-scale street lights and all electrical conduit, electrical services, sidewalk restoration while maintaining historic alphabet concrete tablets and minor roadway restoration required on Joice Alley, between Clay St and Sacramento St in Chinatown. This is a high traffic alleyway and an important pedestrian path for the young and old in the San Francisco's Chinatown neighborhood.
