Three transformative capital improvement projects are coming soon to San Francisco’s historic Chinatown neighborhood, providing critical upgrades:
While each project is distinct, Public Works is managing construction on all three with a commitment to closely coordinate the work in partnership with the Department of Public Health, San Francisco Public Library, Recreation and Park Department and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
As a city, we are committed to minimizing construction impacts. When there are impacts, whether parking restrictions or sidewalk closures, we will do our best to provide information in advance and to troubleshoot real-time concerns.
華埠改善工程
三項重要翻新及改善工程項目即將於三藩市華埠展開，為社區帶來多項重要提升：
雖然三個項目各自獨立，三藩市工務局正統籌三項工程的施工安排，並聯同三藩市公共衞生局、三藩市公共圖書館、三藩市公園局，以及三藩市交通局緊密協調，務求有序推展各項工程。
市政府致力盡量減少工程對社區的影響。當工程涉及泊車限制、行人路封閉或其他安排時，我們會盡力提前發放相關資訊，並及時跟進和處理即時出現的問題。
Important Updates:
The main bridge demolition over Kearny Street and adjacent to the Hilton Hotel is scheduled to begin on Friday, July 31, and will continue through 5:00 AM on Monday, August 10. Demolition of the bridge over Portsmouth Square Park is expected to take place later in August.
- Kearny Street will be closed between Clay and Washington
- from 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 1, to 5:00 AM on Monday, August 3
- from 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 8, to 5:00 AM on Monday, August 10
- Local business access will remain available.
- The Portsmouth Square Garage will be closed August 1 - 2 and August 8 - 9. It will remain open from Monday to Friday during the demolition.
橫跨乾尼街 (Kearny Street) 及連接希爾頓酒店 (Hilton Hotel) 的行人天橋部分主要拆卸工程，將於 7月31日，星期五，開始，並預計持續至 8月10日，星期一，上午 5 時。花園角廣場上方的天橋部分拆卸工程則預計於 8 月中下旬進行。
- 位於企李街 (Clay Street) 與華盛頓街 (Washington Street) 之間的乾尼街 (Kearny Street) 路段，將於以下時段封閉：
- 8月1日，星期六，上午 7 時至 8月3日，星期一，上午 5 時
- 8月8日，星期六，上午 7 時至 8月10日，星期一，上午 5 時
- 封閉路段內的商戶出入通道將保持開放，顧客仍可如常前往光顧。
- 花園角停車場將於 8月1日至2日 及 8月8日至9日 暫時關閉。拆卸工程期間，停車場逢星期一至五照常營業。
