Project Description
SF Public Works and our contractor Ronan Construction will be making major infrastructure improvements to the Nob hill, Tenderloin/Theatre District and SoMa communities. These improvements consist of sewer main replacement, localized road base repair, curb ramp construction, bus pad installation amd pavement renovation curb to curb. We are still in the pre-construction phase and anticipate work to start sometime this spring. This webpage will be updated bi-weekly so please revisit us for construction
Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement No. 67B
Project Description
San Francisco Public Works has hired Michael O'Shaughnessy Construction, Inc. to complete infrastructure improvements on several blocks throughout the city as part of our Various Locations Pavement Renovations & Sewer Replacement Project #67B. This work will consist of roadway re-pavement, concrete base reconstruction, curb ramp construction, making them ADA compliant and sewer replacement work.
Various Locations Curb Ramps #17
Project Description
San Francisco Public Works has hired Sage Consulting Engineers, Inc. to construct new curb ramps at intersections throughout San Francisco. This project will include demolishing existing curb ramps & curbs, constructing new ADA-compliant curb ramps and reconstructing adjacent areas of the sidewalk and curb lane. The scope of work will include saw-cutting the sidewalk and gutter, removing concrete, framing and pouring concrete and placing asphalt in the gutter area.
Various Locations Pavement Renovation #67A
Project Description
San Francisco Public Works is scheduled to complete infrastructure improvements on several blocks throughout the city as part of our Various Locations #67 project. This project may include curb ramp installation, concrete street base repairs, grinding (removal of existing asphalt) and repaving.
Traffic Signal Modifications Contract #36
San Francisco Public Works has partnered with Bay Area Light Works, Inc. to upgrade traffic signal infrastructure at 14 intersections across San Francisco. The scope of work will include excavation at some of the intersections, new traffic pole installation and electrical conduit work. Some intersections will also include curb ramp installation.

San Francisco Public Works has contracted with Precision Engineering Inc. to install new sewer utilities and renovate the roadway at various locations in San Francisco as part of the Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement Project No. 60 (VL60). We will be performing this work in the Pacific Heights, Anza Vista, Western Addition, Cathedral Hill, Telegraph Hill, Inner Sunset and Outer Sunset neighborhoods.

Project Description
San Francisco Public Works has contracted with Ronan Construction Inc. to install new sewer utilities and renovate the roadway at various locations in San Francisco as part of the Various Locations Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement Project No. 63 (VL63). We will be performing this work in the Marina, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill and Cathedral Hill neighborhoods.

Project Update
The contractor is scheduled to begin "final paving" on blocks where the curb ramp work and street base repairs are complete. The grinding (remove existing asphalt) and paving phase is as follows:

San Francisco Public Works has contracted with Esquivel Grading & Paving, Inc. to install new sewer utilities and renovate the roadway at various locations in District 2 as part of the Various Locations Sewer Replacement and Pavement Renovation No. 38 Project. .
