Recology request for reinvestment of funds for diversion projects using Zero Waste Incentive Funds, Tiers 3 and 4 - POST UNTIL 5/9/2020

As part of the rate approval process for the rates starting in July of 2018, Recology has submitted a proposal to use the unearned portion of Zero Waste Incentive Funds on projects that will improve diversion rates, resulting in less waste going to the landfill.
