Establishment of Public Works’ Minimum Standards for Building Permit Application Intake Reviews and Releases (Effective September 1, 2023)
A Street Vendor Permit lets you sell merchandise or prepackaged food and drinks from a temporary setup that's easy to remove, such as a table, stand, or non-motorized cart. You can sell from one or more fixed locations (stationary vending) or move from place to place, stopping only briefly to make sales (roaming vending).
